Sales Associate (m/f/o) - part time full time (shift work)

Essential Functions:

1. Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs
2. Inspiring the customer to buy, celebrating the purchase, and creating a lasting positive impression of you, Tripidi, and the purchase
3. Maintaining selling floor presentations, and restocking them as needed
4. Handle all returns courteously and professionally
5. Develop product knowledge by reading current vendor tags and pamphlets and attending training classes in order to communicate it to the customer
6. Be aware of current promotional events and sales
7. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1. Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required
2. Fluent language skills in German and English mandatory, ability to speak Chinese/Manadarin of advantage
3. Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
4. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to our customers.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Available to work a variety of hours, which include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Temporary Staff (m/f/o) (450€ Job)
